History: As per earlier, mention that RAI said they'd sue a newspaper if it defamed them isn't a fact meriting inclusion as it doesn't establish anything significant, and it was not the main thrust of the WP:WAPO article. Wikipedia isn't a repository of all facts (WP:NOTEVERYTHING) and inclusion lends it disproportionate significance. Further, it is WP:CITEKILL as WAPO reprints the Sheridan Press quote. Stealth inclusion of quote in reference also removed.
