I would welcome any editing you could contribute to trim it down. With regard to [[User:Relata refero]] his/her edit history on the page seems well reasoned with references to Wikipedia guides in each case (such as repeatedly attempting to trim the summary section in accordance with [[WP:LEAD]]). I suggest if you are keen to keep the text involved (as per your most recent undoing of [[User:Relata refero]]'s edits) you move it down into one of the subsections.
