'''UKNova''' is a [[BitTorrent]] [[BitTorrent tracker|tracker]] specialising in [[United Kingdom|UK]]-based television and radio programmes. UKNova has a strict policy of not allowing material which can be legally purchased (for example with a [[DVD]] release) to be shared via the site.
The site was originally created to provide British ex-pats and fans of British Television living outside of the UK with one of the UK's most popular [[soap opera]]s, ''[[EastEnders]]'', although this quickly expanded to cover a much greater range of programming.
The site has a particularly close, tightly-knit user community. This is evidenced by their active forum pages, IRC chat rooms and their community radio station with all shows hosted by UKNova members. The radio station generally broadcasts 24/7 and is staffed by volunteers from within this unique online community.
