It successfully signed me in into Abkhaz, Adyghe, Avar, Bashkir, Bhojpuri, Cebuano, Chechen, German, Hindi, Igbo, Kazakh, Russian (and also any language Wikipedia other than English and Tagalog) and so as other projects like Wikibooks (Bashkir) and Wikimedia Incubator, but central login is not working on English and Tagalog Wikipedia, which are blocked within a radius of the country, Philippines, that shares the same ISP (Globe Telecom) with the offending vandal. I do not need to request another account since I already have one, just need to make the central login working with English and Tagalog Wikipedia.
