I know for a fact that the Finnish version has much less stringent referencing and notability requirements than we do here at the English-language one (which, in fairness, probably has the strictest of any).

::Thanks for the clarification. The article still mentions "'''Review waiting, please be patient.'''". Will there be a second opinion on the article or is it just plain rejected? Plenty of UK and international sources, which makes you think it would be valid for the English Wikipedia as well.
