Summary

Description
English: This image was taken from

http://www.heritage.nf.ca/law/prowse_464.html

Which comes from

D.W. Prowse, A History of Newfoundland from the English, Colonial, and Foreign Records, 2nd edition (London: Eyre and Spottiswoode, 1896) 464. (See: http://www.ourroots.ca/e/page.aspx?id=282154)

Since the sources is old as hell, it is now public domain. I've chose "Author died more than 70 years ago", which is probably true. The commons choices for licenses are completely unhelpful and stupid. If you know how to fix it, fix it, but I'm tired of spending hours to make simple uploads.
