I just noticed this as I was checking evidence concerning the present ArbCom case [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3AFran%C3%A7ois_Robere&diff=prev&oldid=1147407957&diffmode=source]. Isn't that an IBAN violation?
