Proposed merge with Hala the Accuser

New minor character. Article is about 650 words long, 48 of them are real-world content. The other 93% is plot summary. All sources are primary and used to cite plot elements only. Oppose - I strongly oppose this merge. Her page was added because she played major parts in the Guardians of Knowhere miniseries and became one of the main villains of Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series. Literally says in the article that the character has only appeared in four annuals (as of December 2015, admittedly, but a Google search doesn't come up with much else). There is also an old discussion on its talk page saying it should be merged into a list of minor characters. • Oppose merge and support deletion. This is a minor character who (according to references) has only appeared in She-Hulk, but the She-Hulk page mentions him zero times. These lists are not meant to be comprehensive - they are meant to briefly summarize characters who are not independently notable AND who are mentioned by numerous other Wikipedia articles.
