Inclusion criteria

I feel it's best if we keep this article rather specific, otherwise it might end up rather bloated with minor appearances. I think we should only include works which are specifically about Billy the Kid, and not just works where he happens to appear. If more broad info needed we can make articles such as Billy the Kid in film, Billy the Kid in television, Billy the Kid in comics, Billy the Kid in literature and Billy the Kid in music.★Trekker (talk) 06:03, 25 November 2018 (UTC)

There was the Billy the Kid series published by Charlton Comics, see Billy the Kid (Charlton Comics) and the Billy the Kid Adventure Magazine series published by Toby Press, as well as the recent short-lived series, Billy the Kid's Old Timey Oddities. Carlstak (talk) 17:34, 25 November 2018 (UTC)

Ambiguity

"a sentimental hero fighting for justice"

Does this refer specifically to Billy's role in the Lincoln County War (1878-1881)? He and the rest of the Lincoln County Regulators were supposedly seeking revenge for the murder of John Tunstall. Dimadick (talk) 14:50, 25 November 2018 (UTC)

With all due respect, Dimadick, I don't see the ambiguity. It refers to depictions of Billy the Kid in media, not to the actual historical figure. Carlstak (talk) 18:22, 25 November 2018 (UTC)

Games

Why do my edit was reverted? I have added 3 games about Billy the Kid. I checked all info before posting: I have downloaded all 3 games and run it (for reference only), all 3 are the true games about Billy the Kid. Whats wrong?

Such trivial mentions are discouraged. Your trivia list additions were made without accompanying references to reliable sources, and your checking the info is not a reliable reference. Regardless of that deficiency, games about Billy the Kid have nothing to do with the actual historical figure, Billy the Kid, and tell readers nothing about him.
