The bulk of this article appears to have been lifted from a magazine article or news report of some sort. It doesn't read like an encyclopedia article.

It also refers to "was" a lot. Which sees wrong for a currently active airline Duds 2k 09:08, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

After only one week in operation, Ozjet lowered it's ticket prices by around $30.00 for a one way ticket after a slow and disapointing start in flying. on the 8th of December 2005 the only current Ozjet aircraft ( a 30 year 0ld Boeing 737) suffered several technical problems and the airline was forced to cancel a number of flights due to the problems.

I think the words 'only' one week, and 'slow and disapointing' and POV and in the case of the latter, need to be referenced. It has been argued that at this time of year the load factors were always going to be low. I understood that there were two operating aircraft and one on standby. [1]. The schedule[2] shows (almost) simultaneous departures from Sydney and Melbourne which suggests two aircraft. The article says there is only one which throws the credibility of the whole passage into question. Furthermore, airlines experience technical dificulties all the time. The fact that the aircraft is not necessarily the cause. It is the case however that an airline operating 100 aircraft is better placed to reschedule and make alternative arrangements than an airline operating two aircraft. As the article currently reads it looks as though somebody was put out by a delayed flight and wanted to take it out on wikipedia. If this info is to be included it should be re-written and referenced. Mention of the 30 y.o aircraft should be elsewhere in the article. -- Adz 02:21, 9 December 2005 (UTC)

Scheduled Airline or Charter

After OzJet ceased their scheduled operations. IIRC the chairman was quoted to say that the airline will be concentrating on charter and wet-leasing ops. So technically wouldnt that make OzJet a charter airline, rather than scheduled (as it currently is in the Australian Airlines template at the bottom). --Arnzy (talk · contribs) 08:08, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

Conflicting ownership information

There are two conflicting statements here. One early in the article states that the airline is 100% owned by Paul Stoddart, then at the end of the article there is a shareholder listing. I can't find any info as to which is correct. YSSYguy (talk) 09:59, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

Recent edit listing Ende, Indonesia as a destination

Ozjet article does not have significant historical value for research. The article lacks important information demonstrating the failure mechanism of Ozjet's domestic regular public transport operations associated with neo classical micro economic theory. As it stands the article appears to be a promotion of Ozjet rather than a research expected of an encyclopedia article.
