Hi, I’m Jarrod Vega and I am a Freshman at Georgia Southern. I started university in 2010 to further my education, party till I pass out and make sure I can afford spinning rims because "money is better than poverty, if only for financial reasons..." Sometimes I just want to give it all up and become a handsome billionaire. I use furniture but don't really trust it. I believe it is better to ask for forgiveness than permission and you should never take life to seriously, nobody gets out alive anyways. A woman my mother drove me to drink, and I never even had the consideration to thank her. All the things I really like are either immoral, illegal or fattening, but between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before.The University I attend can be summed up by watching one movie, Animal House. If you have not seen it and do not feel like reading about it I’ll give you a little snip about my university. Georgia Southern has a little bit of everything that makes a university great. Whether it is the diverse Fraternity and Sorority life, the core to most great universities, or the tailgating which should be a degree, or at the very least an elective offered at southern, because when it's game day you would think the team was playing in NCAA football finals. There are bands, parties everywhere, and the whole town is alive with excitement. Then there are the less likely things about Southern, such as the delicious food in the Information Technology building or our amazing Museum. Southerns campus is more than a university but rather a small city. Here are a more facts to help you better understand me. I've never broken a limb or been in the hospital but have been in more accidents than a stunt man and I have the scars to prove it. I think it just means i'm not afraid to get down and dirty. My favorite ice cream is Caramel Sutra by Ben & Jerry's. I love sleeping naked. I don't believe in love at first sight but lust at first thought. I have a problem with procrastination that I am trying to break. I feel lucky that I have been loved. I've never been cool, sad I know. I kind of go my own way, which is un-cool, apparently. I don't have a "type", I feel everyone is beautiful. My favorite author is Orson Card a true master of writing and storytelling. My favorite television shows include Invader Zim, Ugly Americans, Family Guy, Futurama and the Simpsons.

My contributions include those my fantastic English teacher inspired me to do. My first uploaded article on Wikipedia is Bayou St. John (novel). I have a few edits Air assault, Army Men, Rags to riches, South Gwinnett High School , Veintitantos, History of the Walloon Movement , Transnational marriage. There is more to come because I am really starting to like this wiki thing. I feel editing on Wikipedia will truly help me improve my grammer and use of the English language.

Relationship to technology

This is easy topic to discus. First off I have had a computer since I was five years old and could use one in my sleep. Then there is my major which is the ever expanding career of computer science which I will excel at. That is if I can make it through college with all my limbs and brain cells intact. I am somewhat experienced at a few computer programming languages Java, Visual Basic, Python and HTML.
