I'm afraid your rank equivalency table has no basis in any JSP, cadet manual or other publication. In absence of this, the parent services one must be used. This may not seem fair to a cadet in the SCC/RMC, but I'm sure they have their own reasons for stopping at the rank they do. Please do not change it back without a citation. Hello again. It is detrimental to the article to keep reverting changes. I can promise you that the table that you have posted is not referenced in any official publication. There is no such rank equivalency. If the various cadet forces were to be in a situation where rank equivalency would be used, it would be that of the parent services that is used. Please visit the article talk page to discuss further Praetorian65 (talk) 20:29, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi pretorian, I know this isn't in any official publication, but is a rough guide to show the equivalency of ranks. I don't think using the parent service ranks structure is appropriate for a few reasons:
     - Whilst the ACF/CCF (Army)/ATC/CCF (RAF) follow the ranks of the parent services to the letter, SCC/RMC ranks are based upon the parent service e.g. marine cadet 2nd class doesn't exist in the RM but Sgt. does.
     - It suggests that a 15 year old able cadet has no more authority/experience than a cadet of the ACF/ATC or even the SCC. Also, a 17 year old RMC Cdt Sgt who has had to pass multiple tests and qualifications etc. is equivalent to a 15 year old cdt Sgt in the ACF.
-At any joint service event most cadets (From all forces) would most probably follow my table.
Although I might not have been so clear on the fact that this isn't official, I think my table gives a better guide as to what equal what and I suggest you remove the line above the table 'each rank holds the same authority/seniority in its row' as that is simply not true. Also, you should stress you are using this table of parent rank structure, and therefore the table is only to show ranks, not seniority/authority, otherwise the table would be wrong.
