Y Wow. Looking at the number of SPA contributors there, I think there's some heavy WP:COI. I have deleted back approximately 150 edits to the last clean and merged in your temp (thanks for that). However,I then restored the last clean and moved this back to Ted Lerner, where it originally existed (as you note). I don't know if all of the other members of the family were added in a deliberate effort to circumvent WP:BIO—perhaps not—but the fact remains that there was no consensus to move this or to turn this individual biography into a mass bio. If the other members of the Lerner family are notable enough for articles on their own, they can certainly have them. So long as the text is copyright free. --Moonriddengirl(talk)14:22, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Y A single sentence quote from a much larger work is unlikely to be judged anything but fair use. However, while it is a small portion of the article in whole, it was a huge portion of the stub. For that reason, I've removed the quote and paraphrased. --Moonriddengirl(talk)13:49, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Y Thanks much for identifying it, keeping an eye on it and making sure that the copyvio remained blank during processing. The temporary version has been merged into place. While I typically prefer to delete infringement from history, in this case I could not because the temporary version included creative text supplied by others. As Wikipedia:Copyright violations and Wikipedia:Copyright problems/Advice for admins note, we don't always delete infringement from history. I have put the {{cclean}} notice at the article's talk page. I've also watchlisted the article. If in spite of that template the material is restored, the article should probably be deleted and completely rewritten. --Moonriddengirl(talk)13:27, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
