William Scott Cogswell Jr. (born January 14, 1975) is an American politician. He was a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 110th District, serving from 2016 to 2022.[1] He is a member of the Republican party.[2]

Cogswell became Mayor-Elect of the City of Charleston, South Carolina after a November 2023 runoff election with incumbent John Tecklenburg.[3] [4] [5]
