The British and Irish Lions Women is an upcoming rugby union that will be composed of players eligible for the national teams of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. In alignment with its male counterpart, the Lions Women's Team is set to become a test side, predominantly featuring players with prior national team experience. However, the selection criteria also allow for the inclusion of uncapped players eligible for any of the four unions. The team will first tour in 2027 to New Zealand.
