Inter-county

Mullins first came to prominence on the inter-county scene with the Offaly in late 2002 as a sub but did regain his palce until 2007 due to the retirement of Shane O'Connor and so far he and Offaly have had very little success though with one of the former hurlers taking in charge in late 2007 the team has built up a bit.Mullins retired from Inter-county hurling on November 18, 2010.
