Mkhitar Sebastatsi (born on 7 February 1676 in Sebastia) was an Armenian printer during the years 1685-1691. He was educated in St. Nshan church after that he continued his education at the churches in Etchmiadzin, Sevan, Karin during the years 1691-1692.
