Rob Roy McGregor (7 Feb 1907 – 5 Sep 2000), was a decorated submarine commander during World War II who reached the rank of Rear Admiral in the United States Navy.[1] After his retirement, McGregor worked as a technical advisor on the film Run Silent, Run Deep.[2]
