Where's Courtney Thorne-Smith?
Courtney Thorne-Smith, who plays the character of Lyndsey McElroy, is mentioned only once in the Overview section of the article. She is not mentioned in the Cast and Characters section nor the Guest Stars section. She was part of the main plot line, entering in season four and playing for a few seasons more. She is certainly more than a peripheral character such as Martin Mull and at least a recurring character. She is as integral to Alan's story line as was April Bowlby and comparable in importance to Jennifer Bini Taylor's role in Charlie's story line. She's more than an also-ran. I'm not really capable of tracking down all the information and editing the page. So to anyone capable and in agreement, get crackin'! :¬D 172.191.106.155 (talk) 07:14, 30 December 2014 (UTC)ExternalMonolog

The comments I made about Jake’s sexual promiscuity and drug use are backed up by another editor—and by show fact—in the article about actor Angus T. Jones. The comments about him marrying a Japanese woman with kids are backed up (again, by someone else) in the Plot section. As to the comments about Kandi’s “acting and sexual smarts”—that’s also fact. This all may be unsourced, but so is most of the pre-existing material in the Characters section. I’m willing to yield on the Charlie “evil genius” quote regarding Jake—as I’m uncertain as to the episode where he says it. But I stand by the assertion that he’s “smart” with regard to getting sexual innuendo and blackmailing others—as several episodes (particularly during Charlie’s relationship with Chelsea in seasons 6-7) feature that. Jake and Kandi are characters that on the surface seem pretty dumb, but in certain ways (often inconvenient for Charlie and Alan) they’re deceptively smart—and that needs to be in the write-up as much as anything else.

BTW, I tried to follow the rules given for reporting a false positive revert by a bot, but I couldn’t get to the “edit” page for it.
Hello fellow Wikipedians,

PS. Practically nothing in this article’s Characters section is formally sourced; if my edits here are OR or undue weight, then so are everyone else’s.
I have just added archive links to on Two and a Half Men. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add cbignore after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
*Added archive https://web.archive.org/20100314071422/http://omg.yahoo.com:80/news/charlie-sheen-returning-to-work-next-tuesday/37179 to http://omg.yahoo.com/news/charlie-sheen-returning-to-work-next-tuesday/37179

PS. Most of my edits to character bios in this article simply bring them into conformity with the corresponding info on the List of Two and a Half Men characters article.

False positive revert

[edit]

Revert 4281700 was unnecessary 24.112.172.121 (talk) 15:04, 17 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

PS. Practically nothing in this article’s Characters section is formally sourced; if my edits here are OR or undue weight, then so are everyone else’s.

PS. Most of my edits to character bios in this article simply bring them into conformity with the corresponding info on the List of Two and a Half Men characters article.
