Template documentation

Shortcut for {{flag athlete}} but using IOC flag codes. For use e.g. at international sport of athletics meetings when IOC codes are used, but the Olympics link is not helpful – unlike {{flag IOC athlete}}, this template does not link codes to the Category:Nations at the Summer Olympics pages.
