Suspected sockpuppets

The editor on the IPv6 was blocked for a year for long term vandalism and disruptive editing following this report I wrote at ANI: ANI Report. The full 204.129 / 16 range wasn't blocked due to concerns about collateral damage, but the same editor has returned now that they've moved to another IP on the range [1]. The edits are to the exact same topic area, exact same style and exact same disruption (though now without the worst of the blatant vandalism), see the overlap on the obscure article Platform (shopping center), for example.

They have also been editing recently as the other IPv6 range. Edits like these [2] [3] [4] Where they add "This is the best thing ever" to articles on shopping centres are near identical to the edits in my ANI post.

Currently they are also avoiding their block as 76.20.110.116. The first edit of that IP range was to "radomly" show up on the talk page of the afformentioned IPv6 range to insist they are totally a different person [5] following which they have resumed editing in the exact same topic area with the exact same disruption. See the overlap on List of shopping malls in California‎ and Platform (shopping center).192.76.8.78 (talk) 22:15, 23 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Why are you guys checking me? 76.20.110.116 (talk) 07:23, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I have not done anything wrong. 76.20.110.116 (talk) 07:24, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You have repeatedly been engaging in good hand bad hand editing, trolling, vandalising and being disruptive while at school [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] then making productive edits to the same pages from home. You, the person sitting behind the keyboard, have been blocked for a year for long term disruption and vandalism. Until you have successfully appealed that block you are not welcome to edit here under any IP address or account as you are evading your block and any edits you make can be reverted indiscriminately. 192.76.8.78 (talk) 07:53, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
How do you know I am evading the block? Do you know what is good hand bad hand editing mean to me? 76.20.110.116 (talk) 14:41, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
