Although the subject is recently deceased at the age of 88, she had been retired from public life since 1992. I have been unable to find an image of this person published under a free license despite an extensive search.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) Low resolution and used only at the top of the subject's Wikipedia page in the infobox. The original image has been cropped to show the minimum necessary for visual identification.

The autographed photo was being offered for sale at the source but not the rights to its reproduction. A search of photo agencies, including Getty Images has not turned up any instances of the reproduction rights to this image offered for sale.
