Bernie Finkelstein (b Toronto 12 Aug 1944) is a leading figure in the Canadian music industry. He is the founder of True North Records. December 17, 2007, True North was acquired by an investment group led by Linus Entertainment[1]. Bernie Finkelstein remains as Chairman.
Finkelstein previously managed The Paupers 1966-1967 and Kensington Market 1967-1969. In partnership with Bernie Fiedler 1972-81 he managed the careers of Abramson, [[Bruce Cockburn, McLauchlan and Dan Hill.
