Distorted is an American action-mystery-thriller film starring Christina Ricci and John Cusack.
Plot
A 32-year-old woman (Christina Ricci) suffering from bipolar disorder comes to suspect the proprietor of the state-of-the-art "smart apartment" she and her husband (Brendan Fletcher) just moved into is using the building's residents as unwitting guinea pigs for a "synthetic telepathy" brainwashing plot with dire global ramifications.

Production for the film started in Kelowna and Vernon, British Columbia in May 2017.[1] The film is produced by Kevin DeWalt, CEO of Minds Eye Entertainment.
Release
Minds Eye Entertainment co-produced and release the film in North America territories, while Voltage Pictures will handle international rights for the film.[2][3]
Reception
On review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, the film holds an approval rating of 13% based on 8 reviews with an average rating of 3.9/10.[4]
