Why you are adding keep local tag to files when it is clearly not a valid reason? May I ask? Notice: Gun Control clarification request archived

Hi Locke Cole, the Gun Control arbitration clarification or amendment request, which you were listed as a party to, has been archived to Wikipedia talk:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Gun control#Clarification request: Gun control (June 2019). If you have any questions please let me know or reach out to the committee directly. For the Arbitration Committee, – bradv🍁 13:50, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Camera monitor moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Camera monitor, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Suggestion

I left a comment / note / suggestion here: User talk:Locke Cole/Mass shooting victim statistics. Thanks. Joseph A. Spadaro (talk) 17:47, 5 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Naming

Come on man. You want to name the victims but not the perpetrator of mass shootings. I really cannot reconcile this. starship.paint (talk) 00:28, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Starship.paint: It was likely a little WP:POINTy, but my intention was to force editors to explain why a name is relevant for a shooting for the perp so that when the inevitable discussion occurred going the other way, we'd have some of those arguments already available discussed. Sadly, the discussion was closed far sooner than I'd have preferred, but it's interesting some of the arguments are the exact same as we've made in the past but for including the victims. —Locke Coletc 04:37, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Your action could certainly be viewed as full of hypocrisy. starship.paint (talk) 04:46, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Use of {{keeplocal}}

Why you are adding keep local tag to files when it is clearly not a valid reason? May I ask? Masum Reza📞 07:56, 22 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You don't know my reason, so the fact that you've already determined on your own that it is "not a valid reason" tells me this discussion is already over. Good luck. —Locke Coletc 17:44, 23 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
