Combined most visa exempt countries into one as they mostly have the same visa free rules and restrictions. Reason for USA being excluded is cause of some diplomatic passports not able to use white some are allowed with more complicated visa rules than all other visa exempt countries. 2. According to visa waiver agreements between the Vatican and Mexico, it applies only to ordinary passports, similarly to scenario of San Marino. 3.
