Where is it used ?
The system as described sound very similar to the Swedish system(at least until 10 years ago) in terms of the formal rules if not in the effects on the parties behavior. Does anyone know if it is really only used in Latin America ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.235.35.193 (talk • contribs) 14 h 05, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

Ley de Lemas → Ley de lemas – [No rationale provided.] Wisdood (talk) 14:57, 5 March 2024 (UTC)
- Support: Wikipedia's basic rule on capitalization, the second sentence of Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Capital letters, says
"In English, capitalization is primarily needed for proper names, acronyms, and for the first letter of a sentence."
Lemas is none of those things in the article title, so lower case. SchreiberBike | ⌨ 21:17, 5 March 2024 (UTC)
