Bad Zurzach is capital of Zurzach District, but not actually in the district?.
[edit]The article seems to imply that Bad Zurzach is capital of Zurzach District, but is not actually in the district. At least it is not listed in the table under municipalities. That seems to contradict what is said in the lead paragraph of Bad Zurzach.
