The Sheriff's wife, Natasha Whittinghill-Engram, while driving under the influence in a residential neighborhood in a Tesla, went over a curb, through a fence, crashed into a house, broke through the wall, and injured a resident inside with debris. Despite prior DUI convictions, she did no jail time (but was sentenced to community service), and only had to pay the victim $8,000.
