- File:George Harrison.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs) - uploaded by Chasesboys (notify | contribs).
- Delete - I believe this user did not obtain copyright permission. Copyright holder is stated as "The Creator of this image". If permission was obtained, it should be much more specific. Same user uploaded at least one other Beatles-related image without permission but claimed to have obtained permssion. Ward3001 (talk) 01:38, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak Delete - no tag of what kind of copyright that is (ex: video game cover, bio copyright, etc.). If the uploader can provide that, then it should be okay. Versus22 talk 15:29, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Thank you for your comment, but I should point out that simply stating the source of the image is not the same as getting permission from the copyright holder, as the uploader has claimed he got. I believe the uploader copied the image from a website and (to put it bluntly) lied about getting permission from the copyright holder. He did this with another Beatles-related image, which was deleted. He has been notified about this IFD and has not responded, even though he has made edits since the notification. Note also that there are free images of George Harrison that are in use on Wikipedia. Ward3001 (talk) 19:24, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment - I found the same image on three other websites. I'll provide links to any admin who is considering deletion. Ward3001 (talk) 22:22, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- No source for this non-free image of a living Asian. Damiens.rf 03:34, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- ...Do Asians have a separate policy or something? BLA? ("Photographer unkown" is pretty-much blatant copyvio, BTW). ▫ JohnnyMrNinja 16:46, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Fails Wikipedia:NFCC#8 as it does significantly increase the readers understanding on either article it is used on. For Welcome to My Truth does not illustrate the music video particulary as is only a screenshot of the artist and for Anastacia free content media is already avalible showing the artist. - We do not need to see a press image of someone getting an award for readers to adequately understand that they got an award. Can be covered with text alone - image fails WP:NFCC#1 Peripitus (Talk) 23:08, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
