Comment: per 64.*'s comment above, consider whether a screenshot from the BBC video material of the same scene could serve as a replacement and whether it would be deemed less of an infringement (based on proportion of copyrighted work), but keep at least one version, because it's truly iconic and the object of genuine, legitimate fair use commentary. Images with iconic status or historical importance: As subjects of commentary." - Just noticed Tank man is not about the photo, but about the incident captured in the photo. So, the image can not be used there. It will only be acceptable in an article discussing the photo itself (maybe the article about the photographer Jeff Widener).
