Reason: The page was recently vandalized by someone. Even though, I restored the previous content, this could happen in a large scale so that restoring would be harder and time-wasting. Reason: As to prevent IPs from editing such an important article; an IP user was spamming the article with pro-RCP (as for context, RCP is a pollster disowned by WP:RSP) edits, re-adding them about a dozen times. As to prevent that and other nasty things, can you semi-protect it? The talk should not be protected though. Maximalistic Editor (talk) 08:00, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
