I seem to remember that Simlish is the official name for the "language." I'm hesitant to create an entry for it because I can foresee it being judged as not meeting WT:FICTION. On the other hand, we have entries for other fictional languages like Dothraki, Na'vi, Sindarin, etc., so there may be some precedent for it. Wonder if plumbob can be attested. I've seen Simlish used idiomatically to refer to gibberish in non-Sims contexts, for what it's worth. That should be allowed under WT:FICTION. Binarystep (talk) 04:10, 18 September 2022 (UTC)

Mspec is an abbreviation of multisexual spectrum. In other words, the range of sexual orientations involving attraction to multiple genders, such as bisexuality, pansexuality, etc. An "mspec lesbian" is thus most likely intended to mean a bi or pan woman who's predominately attracted to women or currently in a relationship with one. This obviously hinges on a broader definition of lesbian (a routine subject of contention in certain circles). Anyway, I'll add this one to the to-do list. Thanks for the the vote of confidence. :) But I've long questioned whether I have the energy, dedication, and temperament to fill an admin's shoes. It would certainly conflict with my habitual flouncing nomadic tendencies. I haven't really decided whether I'm truly "back" or simply scratching my lexical itch. I never got into Babylon 5. I've always liked Voyager more than DS9 (heresy, I know). Slowly trying to work through my streaming watchlists. Hated Picard. Mostly liked Discovery. Haven't got to Strange New Worlds yet. Raised by Wolves was scandalously cancelled after just two seasons but is still worth a watch by fans of dark, weird, mindfucky sci-fi. Think I used to complain about VOY because "the captain is a prissy schoolmarm". Although I don't remember complaining about the far less watchable TOS because "the captain is a fucking beefcake rapist". This is how we grow up. TNG is pure gold, there's almost nothing bad there (ehem, okay, "Captain's Holiday", and the writer's-strike ones). TOS is nostalgia, but 90% terrible. DS9 lots of good stuff, but can be a bit boring... OH it's Wiktionary -- on topic -- I actually meant to ask whether you think Wonderfool is "Q". I basically do. LOL. Let's just hope Wonder-Q doesn't pull an "Encounter at Farpoint" during an RfD discussion. TNG truly is the Platonic ideal of Trek. Nothing like it before, nothing like it since. The first season was a rather weak though. I've also got a soft spot for The Original Series. It's cheesy and...questionable...in parts, but the writing holds up incredibly well, I think, for something produced for network TV on a shoestring budget in the 1960s. Seriously - please stop constantly speculating about why other users are making edits that you disagree with, as it makes it nearly impossible to have productive discussions with you because it's confrontational and insulting. Consensus is not somthing that you get to ignore just because you disagree with it, and you know very well that that is one of the founding principles of the project. Come on.
