[edit]Borrowed from Classical Persian خْوَابْگَاه (xwābgāh). Equivalent to خْوَاب (xvāb, “dream; sleep”) + گاہ (gāh, “place; hall”). Compare Punjabi ਖ਼ਾਬਗਾਹ (xābgāh) / خْوَاب گاہ (xvāb gāh).
