To make the same mix together: 2 cups of natural coconut yoghurt 250g fresh strawberries cut into small pieces 2 tablespoons maple syrup On a baking paper add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to form clusters. Place in the freezer for 2 hours Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each cluster and place it back in the freezer for 2 hours. Dip each frozen cluster in melted chocolate and sprinkle raspberry powder on top and return to the freezer for 30 minutes. Store in the freezer. I just have my burrito-sized tortillas that I've added to my skillet and the first thing I'm going to add is 2 eggs. My husband's favorite breakfast to have. So, we are going to make that. It's super easy. You can make it however you like. We like to add fresh thyme. You can use dried thyme or any other herb that you like. Come in with some cottage cheese. I think this just adds a nice creaminess to this. I'll just add a spoonful. I need to season 'em up. So, I've got some salt and some pepper. We're going to whisk this together before we add any other ingredient til it's creamy. Alright, the next ingredient that we're going to add is some bacon that I cooked up and I like to use that thick sliced bacon. My husband loves bacon. So, we gotta have some bacon in this. Alright, next thing I'm going to come in with is just some green onions that I've chopped. I'm just going to add a little bit on top of each of em and I'm adding green onions to this but if you don't like green onions, you know you can add something instead. Peppers would be really nice in this also. I cooked up some breakfast sausage and that's the next thing that I'm going to add. Just some sprinkles on top. Make sure I get a layer of that on it. Oh yeah, that's looking great. Mmm, I can smell that breakfast sausage. It smells really good. Okay, I'm going to use Colby Jack cheese for this. You can use whatever cheese you love. That's the great thing or have a whole bunch of them laying out so that people can pick whatever they like. That's a nice amount Definitely can keep the cheese off if you don't want it. That's fine too. You know I'm just going to there we go. Alright. I've got my oven set at 350 degrees and then we're just going to bake this until those eggs are set and then try it out. Our tortilla breakfast quiches are done. And it took exactly 30 minutes. So very fast. I'm just garnishing with some fresh chives from my garden. You could garnish with parsley. Whatever you like. But this is what I have so that's what I'm going to use. One aside. Scooper it up, move it out. Oh, yeah. Look at that. I'm just going to cut this right Oh, yeah. Look at that. Oh, you can see all the layers of flavor. That looks great. Alright. I'm just going to cut this one more time. So, I've got a nice piece for myself. Gonna bring in my plate. Get a nice scoop for myself. Oh, that looks great. Move that aside. Oh, yeah. Hey, I'm just going to pick it up in I think. This looks so good. Mm mm mm. We have just another thing to do at the end of this but what we're going to do now is we're going to froze freeze this beautifulness alright as you can see this is low calorie because this only fruits you know fruits yogurt you can use the no fat Greek yogurt okay so once this is going to be nice and frozen we're going to do something super super tasty to it as well and I've got to tell you I sprayed with some coconut oil spray my muffin pan alright so this is going to come out super nicely and that's it yeah nice step and we are now going to freeze this for two hours in the freezer till they're nice and firm and then you'll know why sealed wow okay we got it it's nice and frozen now what we're going to do is we're going to flip them without fear and now you can use a hot wet towel or I'm going to use like a torch you know just a kitchen torch so we heat it up you know it's going to be super easy super fast let's see what happens with this paper you know so just a little bit you know and this should be more than enough for them to get nice you know you know fall over because right now we're going to do our nice decoration alright this should be good enough Now let's take those out. Look at those. All right? Now that we got them like that. We're going to take some chocolate. Okay. This is some melted chocolate chips. We're going to add a little bit of oil. Use vegetable oil. Okay or coconut oil or whatever oil. So it's nice and smooth. You see how shiny it becomes? Okay. Then that's it. All right? Nice nice as well over here. Now put this aside. And coming over here and this is what we're going to do. All right? Check this out. I take my this is like the the the fork for the meat. You know that for the grill. We take this. Dip it in there.
