Season the chicken legs with Montreal chicken seasoning, Lawry’s seasoning, black pepper, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper. 2. Sear the chicken legs in a pan until browned. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same pan, sauté the onions and bell pepper until softened. Set aside. 4. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the honey garlic sauce. 5. Add the chicken legs, sautéed onions and bell pepper, potatoes, carrots, and honey garlic sauce to a crock pot. 6. Cook on high for 4 hours. 7. 345 reactions · 51 shares | Beef Bourguignon in the Crockpot 🥩 Ingredients: • 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed from @ayersvalleyfarm • Salt and pepper, to taste • 4 slices bacon, diced • 1 large onion, diced • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 2 cups carrots, sliced • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced • 2 cups red wine • 1 cup beef broth • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 1 tsp dried thyme • 1 bay leaf • Optional: 2 tbsp flour (for thickening) • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Prep the Beef & Bacon: Season beef with salt and pepper. Cook bacon until crispy, then set it aside. Sear beef in the bacon grease, just until browned, then add both to your Crockpot. 2. Sauté Veggies: In the same pan, cook onions, garlic, and carrots for about 5 minutes. Add to Crockpot with mushrooms. 3. Add Liquid & Seasoning: Pour in red wine and beef broth, then stir in tomato paste, thyme, and bay leaf. 4. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender. 5.
