Garlic dill pickles. Place in each sterilized jar..1/4 tsp each of dill and celery seed, 5 peppercorns, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 sprigs of fresh dill. Pack with cucumbers. Pour hot vinegar mixture into jars with 1/2 inch head space. Cover with sterilized lids and rings. Process in large pot simmering water for 5 minutes. Water should cover jars by 1 inch.

Heat and stir until the sugar and salt have dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.  STEP 2  In a large pickling jar, place the cut cucumbers, mustard seeds, peppercorns, garlic, and dill. Pour the vinegar mixture into the jar until all the cucumbers are fully submerged. Place into the fridge to pickle for at least 4 days for best results. Enjoy!
