Ok, recipe below. Just made a batch 2 weeks ago. 1 gallon good non pasturized cider 1/2 gallon apple juice 2 - 3 cups brown sugar 10 cinnamon sticks 750 ml grain alcohol 2 cups spiced rum (barcardi oakheart) works well Simmer cider, juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks on low 45 minutes to an hour. Cool completely Add grain alcohol and rum..... Pour into quart Mason jars, add one cinnamon stick per jar Seal it, refrigerate it I just opened one from 2 years ago and it was still great!
