Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Appetizer Balls with spicy honey!
10min · 12 servings Ingredients: • 6oz goat cheese • 4oz cream cheese • 1/3 cup chopped pecans • 1/3 cup dried cranberries • 3 tbsp minced parsley (optional) • 2 tbsp spicy honey or plain honey • 1 tsp cinnamon • little dash of salt Mix up the goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, salt, roll into small sized balls. Combine pecans, crans & parsley toss balls in and coat completely. Pop them in the fridge until ready to use. Drizzle with more honey and serve with crackers!
