No Bake Granola Bars
Recope: 150g Nut Butter 150g Honey or Maple Syrup 1/2 tsp salt 250g Oats 50-100g Raisins 1tbsp Chia Seeds 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes 30g Crushed Walnuts Chocolate Chips To Taste (Optional) Combine mixture well and press into moulds firmly. Either put into a cereal bar mould (what i did) or if you dont have one, press into a 1-2 inch depth, square baking dish, lined with grease proof paper, then cut into bars after refrigerating. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours before consumption. Store in fridge in an airtight container. Consume within 3 weeks. :)
