This dynamic stretch / exercise will improve your ankle, hip / hip flexor mobility, as well as improve your balance and strengthen the muscles around your knees and hips.

Upgrade your leg day workouts with this dynamic stretch. Having increased ankle, hip / hip flexors mobility will lead to better muscle activation during your workouts due to your newly increase range of motion. This exercise can help with injury prevention and overall feeling better.
