I spent years squeezing into clothes that felt too tight or uncomfortable as I thought otherwise I had failed in someway. But bodies fluctuate. Sizing is made up. And weight changes. CONSTANTLY. HOURLY. DAILY. WEEKLY. BE KIND TO YOURSELF. I now aim to find outfits that are comfortable, have some stretch and make me feel good always.
