And, she's getting married in 2 months, and wants to look her best in wedding pictures. Our Facial Plastic surgeon Dr. Inessa Fishman treated this young woman with a revision chin implant after noting her previously placed implant was positioned too high and had caused some bony erosion. Dr. Fishman also contoured away a small amount of fulness under her chin to give a cleaner neck contour.
