First thing we're going to do is ground up one pound of breakfast sausage. I'm just going to cook this until it's nice and brown. Alright, our breakfast sausage is nice and brown and I'm just going to move that over to my plate with my slotted spoon. Alright, I have four tablespoons of butter and I'm just going to melt that. So, this is going to come together really fast and this is such an easy recipe. Alright, I'm just going to sprinkle in a of a cup of flour and make sure I get that mixed in to my butter and let that cook for 30 seconds to a minute and you can tell it's ready when it starts to bubble like that and I've got four cups of milk and I'm going to add that in slowly because we're going to make that gravy for just a little bit at a time. Be patient. You want to make sure that you get that nice and mixed in. Okay, I'm just going to add a couple more ingredients to our gravy. A teaspoon of seasoned salt and some pepper I'm probably going to do about hm a teaspoon worth or half teaspoon worth of pepper. Okay so I'm going to wait for this to come to a boil and then I'm going to turn it down to a simmer and let it cook for about eight to 10 minutes until this thickens up. Right it's been eight minutes and our gravy is nice and thick. Look at that. Alright. I have six eggs. Then I'm going to add to my bowl. And to that I'm going to add one half cup of milk. A a cup of some shredded cheddar cheese and I'm going to just sprinkle with some salt and last, I'm going to just add some pepper. Alright, I'm just going to whisk this together til this is all nice and combined. Make sure I get those eggs broken up. Alright, I'm just going to add that egg mixture to my nine by thirteen pan and then I've got that sausage that we cooked up and I'm just going to add most of it. I'm going to save a little bit to put on the top. So, I'll probably back up. I don't know. Cup or so. A little bit more. Make sure every little bite's going to have some sausage. I think that looks good. Alright, I'm going to add my biscuits to our casserole dish. This is such a great thing to make. I'm going to pour half of the gravy over my biscuits and we're going to save the rest to have with it after it bakes. I'm just going to make sure that I cook this nicely. I'm going to sprinkle with some cheese. Who doesn't like cheese all over? Make sure you have a nice amount on all of it. I have that little bit of sausage left and I'm just going to sprinkle that on top. Alright, guys. We're going to put this in the oven 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes until everything is nice and cooked. Alright, our biscuit and gravy casserole is done and it's been smelling so good in the house. I cannot wait to try this. Look how pretty it is. Get all the way around it so I can get this piece. Look at that. Oh my gosh. That looks so good. Look how double that is. Look at that guys. It looks so good. Alright. I think I need a little extra gravy on it. So I'm going to put a little bit of that gravy that I saved and just drizzle it right on top. Alright, I know it's hot but I gotta try this. This is delicious. Yum.
