Effective Shoulder and Spine Exercises: Improve Posture and Relieve Pain

Getting rid of my mom pouch. As I ALWAYS say, I’m using the term “mom pouch” loosely. I’m referring to whag most women think is just postpartum belly fat, but is actually ab separation. I’m not talking about a woman who is new to her postpartum journey and can’t even workout yet, or those who have fibroids.

A mom pouch is about more than aesthetics. Having diastasis recti (ab separation) can lead to pelvic floor pain, back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other injuries because of a weak core.
