It’s up to you whether you devote 15 seconds or 60 minutes a day to track your cycle. And it’s also okay if you don’t dedicate the same amount of time to your cycle journal every day or take a longer break.📖 For me, two or three minutes a day is usually enough and I have noted down or briefly reflected on everything important from the day.
