ABSTRACT
The Research Project will be responsible for studying the behavior of clay (pulverized)
and fan shell (thermally) as a substitute in the cement in our mixture.
Therefore, we will look for a solution for our concrete work, that does not affect our
ecosystem and that its measurement can be done with aggregates from the same area
(ACOPAMPA) as using its clay as part of it, and thus solve the problem in part of
transfer, not to contaminate, that is of great use for the populated center of
ACOPAMPA-CARHUAZ and for our society.
Chemical properties of the clay and the shell of the fan (according to fluorescence
tests): calcium oxide (CaO), silicon dioxide (SiO2), these properties will help us to be
able to replace the cement since the cement has chemical properties in large percentage
of CaO (calcium oxide), SiO2 (silicon oxide).
The tests to be carried out will be: Mechanical activation of the clay and the crushed
fan shell (pulverized), water / cement ratio, calcination of the clay and fan shell by
means of a differential thermal analysis, chemical determination of the clay and fan
shell by fluorescence of ray determination of PH, of the clay and shell of fan separately
and in combination of 15% clay and 30% of shell of fan, determination of the fluidity
of the paste of the concrete, by means of test in the fluency table.
The importance of this replacement is to reduce pollution and the price of conventional
cement that tends to include 72.3% (INEI 2013) of our rural population marginalized

from the use of this expensive construction material. This work will benefit the town
center of ACOPAMPA that is located in the city of CARHUAZ (HUARAZ).
