 Para el comisionamiento del nodo B es importante contar
con el software (LMT)

 Nos conectamos al nodo B a traves del puerto ETH de la


tarjeta WMPT.

 Tener en cuenta que la dirección IP del ETH por defecto es:


17.21.2.15

 La IP de nuestra laptop: 17.21.2.10

 Al entrar a la ventana de mantenimiento del nodo B se
procede con la actualizacion del software.

 Hacemos clic en:

 Maintenance>Software Management>Software update,


escogemos la opcion “Update NodeB software” y hacemos
clic en “Next”

 Nota:

 La primera barra de estado viene a ser el estado de la creación del


backup del nodo B. Esta podrá direccionarla en cualquier parte de
su laptop.

 La segunda barra de estado especifica el estado de la carga del


archivo de configuración.

 La tercera barra de estado especifica el estado de la carga del


software.

 Y por ultimo, la cuarta barra de estado especifica el estado de la


activación del software.

 Cuando uno acaba de hacer la actualizacion del software, y


de cargar la configuracion del site, deberia confirmar si es
que el nodoB cuenta con la version ya instalada.

 En ciertas ocasiones, el archivo de configuración no ha cargado
del todo, para ello se procederá a cargar el archivo de
configuración nuevamente. Se hará de la siguiente manera.

 Maintenance>Software Management>Data Config File Transfer

 Escoger la opción “Download”

 Recordar que cuando se carga un archivo de configuración, el


nodo automáticamente se reseteara. Para volver a entrar al
nodo tendremos que esperar unos 5 minutos

Optional Boards
 UEIU:
 The Universal Environment Interface Unit (UEIU) board transmits monitoring signals and
alarm signals from external devices to the main control and transmission unit

 USCU:
 The Universal Satellite Card and Clock Unit (USCU) is compatible with six types of
satellite card, provides absolute timing information and the 1 Pulse Per Second (PPS)
reference clock for the main control board, and provides the RGPS ports and BITS port

 UTRP:
 The Universal Transmission Processing unit (UTRP) board, as the transmission extension
board, it provides eight E1s/T1s, or one unchannelized STM-1/OC-3 port, or four FE/GE
electrical ports, or two FE/GE optical ports

 UBRI:
 The Universal Baseband Radio Interface Board (UBRI) provides extended CPRI optical or
electrical ports to implement convergence, distribution, and multi-mode transmission on
the CPRI

 PING, LST IPPATH , LST IPRT

 Se obtiene la IP del NodeB in LST DEVIP

 Se obtiene la IP del UP RNC con LST IPPATH

 Se obtiene la IP del CP RNC con LST SCTPLINK

 Se obtiene la IP del GW (Next hop IP) con LST IPRT

 Se obtiene la IP del M2000 LST OMCH

 Con esto se puede hacer ping desde tu tarjeta WMPT hacia


GW, M2000 y RNC.

El VSWR tiene que estar por debajo de 1.5

Revisar la conexión esta bien

Revisar el feeder si esta dañado. Para descartar el cable


pueden cambiar con otro sector que no tiene VSWR
alto.
