IDENTIFICACIÓN
Está dentro de las competencias más importantes del futuro, y representa un desafío cotidiano -y quizás
el más difícil- para toda persona que ocupa un cargo gerencial: gestionar a las personas para potenciar el
negocio y obtener ventajas competitivas. Se espera que, a partir de actividades prácticas, de análisis y
reflexión en clases los participantes sean capaces de aplicar herramientas para seleccionar personas
idóneas para la organización o equipo, gestionar el desempeño y desarrollo de las personas del equipo u
organización, y motivar, alinear y retener el talento para potenciar la estrategia del negocio. Los
aprendizajes son evaluados mediante simulaciones y casos aplicados.
