there’s a lot of anti-blackness in the stay community, and i feel as though there’s a lot of defense for male idols who engage in it. i am black, and it doesn’t feel right to me that the stay community so quickly moved on to hyunjin doing blackface. among other incidents.i will keep my existing fics up for the time being.

 as a whole, i’ve distanced myself from the kpop community because of the interactions i have as a black person, and how quickly the community as a whole is able to continue on. i don’t know if i’ll continue writing for skz, and i’m sorry i can’t give you a definite answer. i will likely continue to write for some groups here and there, but this is no longer a skz centered blog, as i don’t necessarily stan them anymore.
